How We Ship
To ensure the sustainable operation of our store, we use either individual or consolidated orders with our partners, offering various shipping options. This means that your items are manufactured directly by our partners and shipped via the best available local shipping provider (with tracking whenever possible). If your order includes a pre-order item, it will not be shipped until the pre-order period has ended. The exact shipping date for pre-orders will be displayed at checkout.
We use pre-orders to only manufacture the exact models and sizes we need. This also allows aus to choose the most sustainable printing method and location to reduce carbon footprint and unnecessary waste. The same approach also enables us to work with high-quality manufacturers. Professional textile printing often require a minimum production quantity to achieve the best results.
Many shipping carriers, particularly for international deliveries, require a recipient phone number. It allows them to contact you if there are customs questions and allows drivers or customer service to contact someone if an address is wrong or hard to find. Your phone number is used only for shipping-related communication and is shared only with the carrier or logistics partners involved in delivering your order.
Please note: In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to supply shortages or global supply chain issues. In such events, we will keep you fully informed. We always do our best to resolve any issues quickly, or we will offer you the option to withdraw your order and receive a full refund.
